  I love the clothes at the Orchard lake location and I always buy something every other week. However, today will be the last time purchasing anything from this location. I purchased an item and I returned it the very next day with a receipt. The manager was so rude and treated me as if I didn't have a receipt and got upset when I didn't want the skirt. As I was browsing through the store because she said I had to use store credit, even after I provided her my receipt, she began to talk loudly about me to her coworkers and other customers in the store. When she realized that heard what she was saying, she hurried herself to the back of the store. I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again and I will make sure my friends, who also frequent this location will not either. The manager is only nice if your spending your money but don't you dare bring any item back because then her true colors will come out! I do appreciate that her staff apologized for her unprofessional behavior.
