  I live in Grand Rapids and travel to Erhard for the excellent service! On my last visit, the service department took excellent care of my X3 and pointed out a recall that I had completely forgotten They even had their porter drive to me to swap cars the next day. Great experience!

  I had the best car buying experience, Kurt and Mike were truly awesome. They gave me exactly what I wanted and catered to me like a queen or at least like they wanted me to buy a car. I have never had a better experience. To think I was going to go with Porsche, I had the worst experience at Porsche so it was a walk in the park to choose, but all in all if you ever consider buying a BMW go see Kurt(sales) and Mike(finance) 2 great guys...
