  This is a one of the best apartment I have ever lived in. I was there for 3 years in two different apartments. They offer month to month option after initial term. This is huge deal. The location is just perfect. It's right beside sports park and a mile from all restaurants and AMC. The staff have always been responsive to maintainence. What compelled me to write this review is that they are fair in their lease end apartment assessment. I received a small check of deposit refund. I am grateful they don't rip you off like others. The apartment s themselves are the biggest I have ever lived in although they are old. I wish covered parking was assigned with the lease and not through waiting list but I was able to get a spot for all the winters.
