  Went in for an oil change. The service advisor told me it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours. I said fine. I was not asked if I would like a courtesy ride back to work (that was only about 5-7 minutes away). After about 2.5 hours I checked on why an oil change was not done yet. He went back and checked and came back and said it was being finished up and it would be about 5 minutes. About 45 minutes later I was called to the cashier's window. If I was told accurately of the wait time I would asked about a ride back to work but instead they let me sit in the waiting room for over 3 hours. I won't be back.
