  You want to talk about fraud. Mr. Vollmer has been known to falsify documents including a faked email. They tell you that they have a policy that states that they wait two weeks to remove a lien but can not provide you written proof in their policy and procedure that states this. I am in the process of suing of them for the way they treated me. They fraudulently lied in a court of law, Mr. Vollmer did falsify the documents for the association president, Ms. Smith lied in court when she said she did not receive a document but in an email she said she did get it on a certain date. They may have won but the association due to the fraudulent behavior on the part of the firm ended up paying their own legal costs.
