  I ordered a 16" wheelchair for my elderly mother. Mystic delivered an 18" chair.
  Mystic Customer Service didn't seem bothered by the fact that they delivered something different from what I ordered.

  Mystic medical is a horrible company. Especially the c-pap department. Don't waste your time with this company.
