  The drinks are good, food is as usual for Tim hortons. However the customer service is unacceptable. To begin more than half the staff cannot speak clear proper English which would be okay but many times they screw up the orders because you can't understand them and they don't communicate correctly to you. And that would normally bring it down to three star rating but to make matters worse is they get very angry and start arguing if something is messed up on the order and you want it corrected.
